    Kelly Koome is an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified Professional. He is hired by private and municipal Clients to assess the health, condition and risk potential of trees throughout the Greater Vancouver Region.

    The new industry standard was developed by the International Society of Arboriculture to ‘promote the safety of people and property by providing a standardized and systematic process for assessing tree risk’. (I.S.A.)
